Guests are welcome to join us at Terrain Gardens for a pre-ceremony cocktail beginning at 5:00pm. The ceremony will start at 5:30pm. Cocktail hour and the reception will follow directly after and will end at 11:00pm.

We have arranged complimentary transportation for all guests staying at the hotel. Shuttles will depart from the hotel lobby (time TBD) to take guests to the ceremony/reception. Return shuttles (time TBD) will run at the end of the evening.

Yes, there is adequate parking for all guests that are driving to the venue. Please enter the parking lot on Waterloo Road (the light next to Santander Bank). This will bring you to the designated parking lot and entrance to our venue. You are welcome to leave your car overnight should the need arise. Please see the site map for additional details.

Yes! Guests are welcome to join us after the reception at the Fox & Hounds Pub, located inside the Desmond Hotel Malvern.

We would love for any guests staying at the hotel to join us for a complimentary breakfast in the hotel's Terrace Room on Sunday, May 18th, from 9-11am.
